Incline Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in MCCi from Century Park Capital Partners.

Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in MCCi, a company that delivers GovTech software and services, from Century Park Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Century Park has been an outstanding partner throughout our time together.
