Peak Rock Capital-backed Aegis Software completed the acquisition of Simio Software.

Peak Rock Capital-backed Aegis Software, a provider of manufacturing execution system, completed the acquisition of Simio Software, a company that offers simulation, production planning, and scheduling software, as well as digital twin modeling.
