Quantum Lifecycle Partners, a Canadian company that specialises in managing, recovering, remarketing, and recycling technology assets, completed the acquisition of 2NDGEAR, a US technology lifecycle solutions provider specialising in certified refurbished devices and industry-focused end-user programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Quantum significantly expands its ability to deliver secure, sustainable, and cost-effective technology solutions directly into education and commercial environments.
