CVC Capital Partners-backed Global Sport Group to acquire a majority stake in Equine Network from Growth Catalyst Partners.

CVC Capital Partners-backed Global Sport Group, a sports investment platform, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Equine Network, a provider of sports content, information, and tech-enabled services, from Growth Catalyst Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with CVC and Global Sport Group at a pivotal stage in Equine Network’s development.
