The Beekman Group-backed AutoManager completed the acquisition of Macrosmith.

The Beekman Group-backed AutoManager, a provider of dealer management software and customer relationship management solutions to independent automotive dealerships, completed the acquisition of Macrosmith, a provider of document management software solutions purpose-built for automotive retailers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Macrosmith is a compelling strategic fit for AutoManager.
