Healthcare Holding Schweiz completed the acquisition of PlusORTHO Prothetik.

Healthcare Holding Schweiz, a provider of medical technology services and distribution solutions in Switzerland, completed the acquisition of PlusORTHO Prothetik, a Swiss specialist manufacturer and distributor of orthopedic hand, foot and knee implants as well as fixation systems, serving hospitals and surgeons across Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PlusORTHO and Healthcare Holding Schweiz are an excellent strategic fit.
