VSE Corporation to acquire Precision Aviation Group from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $2.025bn.

VSE Corporation, a provider of aftermarket distribution and repair services, agreed to acquire Precision Aviation Group, a provider of maintenance, repair and value-added supply chain services, from GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $2.025bn. “This acquisition represents a pivotal moment for VSE and a major milestone in our strategy to build a scaled, differentiated, higher-margin aviation aftermarket platform.
