Argenbright Group-backed Unifi Aviation completed the acquisition of Viggo.

Argenbright Group-backed Unifi Aviation, an American aviation ground handling services company, completed the acquisition of Viggo, a Dutch ground handling company. Financial terms were not disclosed.  "By combining Viggo's capabilities and strong presence in the Netherlands with Unifi's global scale, we are well positioned to provide our airline partners with additional support and long-term reliability," Martijn Limburg, Viggo CEO.
