Kadant to acquire voestalpine BÖHLER Profil.

Kadant, an industrial engineering company engaged in designing and manufacturing process and material handling equipment, agreed to acquire voestalpine BÖHLER Profil, an international manufacturer specializing in customized cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel profiles.
