EVERTEC to acquire Dimensa for $181m.

EVERTEC, a full-service transaction processor and financial technology provider, agreed to acquire Dimensa, a B2B technology provider, for $181m. “The acquisition of Dimensa represents a significant step forward in Evertec’s long-term strategy to strengthen our presence in Brazil and broaden the solutions we provide across the financial ecosystem.
