Bain Capital to acquire FineToday from CVC Capital Partners.

Bain Capital, a private investment firm, agreed to acquire FineToday, a personal care company, from CVC Capital Partners, a private equity and investment advisory firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are pleased to support the continued growth of FineToday, which has established a strong presence in the personal beauty care market and earned broad consumer support across Japan and Asia.
