Thrive Holdings, a permanent capital vehicle focused on long-term investments, particularly in technology-driven businesses, completed a $100m investment in Shield Technology Partners, a national IT services platform formed through the collaboration between Thrive Holdings and ZBS Partners. This capital will help to accelerate product innovation and pursue strategic M&A to strengthen Shield’s platform capabilities and market reach.
