The Marzetti to acquire Bachan’s for $400m.

The Marzetti, a manufacturer and marketer of specialty food products, agreed to acquire Bachan’s, a Japanese barbecue sauce, for $400m. “We are very excited to share our plans to acquire Bachan’s as a strategic extension of our portfolio that will further strengthen our position in the dynamic condiment and sauce category.
