Enlightenment Capital-backed Auria completed the acquisition of BCubed.

Enlightenment Capital-backed Auria, a provider of command, control, and communications (C3) software and solutions, completed the acquisition of BCubed, a provider of end-to-end, software defined C3 solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “BCubed was built to ensure mission continuity from the highest levels of command down to the point of execution.
