Beacon Pointe Advisors, an independent registered investment advisory company, completed the acquisition of Financial Planning Solutions, an independent, fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm, and InvestmentHunter Wealth Services, an independent financial advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
