Highberg Group, a transformation consultancy in Europe, completed the acquisition of Consultday, a consultancy supporting organizations in optimizing and digitalizing HR processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This step ensures continuity for Consultday while adding valuable expertise to Highberg’s existing domains.
