F2i-backed ReLife completed the acquisition of DomoLiving from Cuki Cofresco.

F2i-backed ReLife, an Italian industrial player dedicated to the circular economy and waste management, completed the acquisition of DomoLiving, a specialist in home organization and domestic storage solutions, from Cuki Cofresco, an Italian company specializing in the food packaging and household product sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are acquiring the entire non-food universe of Cuki, but we will continue to work for Cuki in the production of freezer bags, which is the food-preservation segment that the Melitta Group company will continue to carry out — through us — in Italy and, with other production sites, in Europe," Massimiliano Bianco, ReLife CEO.
