One Equity Partners to acquire Bozzetto Group from Aimia for up to CAD271m.

One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Bozzetto Group, a global specialty chemicals provider, from Aimia, a Toronto-based investment holding company, for up to CAD271m.
