NatWest Group to acquire Evelyn Partners from Permira and Warburg Pincus for £2.7bn.

NatWest Group, a British banking and insurance holding company, agreed to acquire Evelyn Partners, a UK wealth manager, from private equity firms Permira and Warburg Pincus for £2.7bn. "Bringing together these two leading businesses creates a unique opportunity to provide financial planning, savings and investment services to more families and people across the UK.
