Agellus Capital completed the acquisition of Crux Consulting.

Agellus Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Crux Consulting, a fire and life safety design, engineering, and consulting provider for federal, commercial, critical energy, and industrial facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We were drawn to the Agellus team’s experience building a scalable platform within the fire & life safety industry and felt an immediate alignment with Phil McVey and the broader Bluejack leadership team.
