Azuria Water completed the acquisition of Caliagua.

Azuria Water, a company that offers products and services for the rehabilitation of aging water infrastructure, including wastewater, stormwater, and potable water pipelines, completed the acquisition of Caliagua, an engineering and construction contractor focused on water and wastewater infrastructure for public agencies, private developers and industrial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
