Chemical Concepts, a supplier of adhesives, specialty chemicals and related products, completed the acquisition of Perigee Direct, a supplier and distributor specializing in specialty consumables, industrial adhesives, resins, dispensing tools, and plastic welding supplies for scientific and industrial sectors.
