Amca completed the acquisition of Electrocube.

Amca, an El Segundo-based aerospace and defense company, completed the acquisition of Electrocube, a manufacturer specializing in the design and assembly of electrical components. Financial terms were not disclosed. "When we met with Amca, the energy and enthusiasm they had was infectious. It's exciting to be a part of something that could really change the trajectory of the aerospace industry," Clay Parrill, Electrocube President and CEO.
