Inszone Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Scarbrough Medlin & Associates.

Inszone Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage company, completed the acquisition of Scarbrough Medlin & Associates, a commercial insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We weren’t interested in being acquired just for scale. We wanted a partner who valued people, trusted our expertise, and saw this as a collaboration.
