Sika to acquire Akkim.

Sika, a Swiss multinational specialty chemical company, agreed to acquire Akkim, a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants. Financial terms are not disclosed. The acquisition of Akkim marks a major step in strengthening our position in the adhesives and sealants industry.
