Platinum Equity-backed PlayPower to acquire BCI Burke.

Platinum Equity-backed PlayPower, a designer and manufacturer of recreational and outdoor living systems, agreed to acquire BCI Burke, a company specializing in commercial playground equipment. Financial terms are not disclosed. "BCI Burke is a highly complementary addition to PlayPower and meaningfully enhances our portfolio.
