Pimente Investissement, a French holding company based in Lyon, primarily engaged in administrative support and combined office services, agreed to acquire Granfood, a food production company, from Agrolimen, a Barcelona‑based multinational holding company that owns major food and pet‑food brands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
