Humana-backed CenterWell completed the acquisition of MaxHealth from Arsenal Capital Partners.

CenterWell, the healthcare services division of Humana, completed the acquisition of MaxHealth, a Florida-based primary care organization, from Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm.
