MidEuropa to acquire a minority stake in OSHEE from Innova Capital.

MidEuropa, a private equity investor with deep roots in Central Europe, agreed to acquire a minority stake in OSHEE from Innova Capital, a private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. MidEuropa brings deep sector experience in consumer and branded products, strong operational value-creation capabilities and a proven track record of internationalising businesses through its extensive European network. Over the past year, OSHEE has significantly strengthened its position in the UK, which it plans to expand further together with MidEuropa. In line with its long-term strategy, the company is also pursuing M&A opportunities in another key Western European market.
