Booz Allen Hamilton to acquire Defy Security from Sverica Capital Management.

Booz Allen Hamilton, an American company specializing in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, agreed to acquire Defy Security, a cybersecurity company, from Sverica Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition helps us deliver resilient cybersecurity services and technologies for leading enterprises like never before. Together Booz Allen and Defy Security will unlock new market opportunities, accelerate innovation, and help our customers protect their most critical assets in an increasingly fast-paced threat environment,” Andrew Turner, Booz Allen’s Global Commercial Business Executive Vice President and Head.
