HOFI, an integrated funeral services and infrastructure operator in Italy, completed the acquisition of Onoranze Funebri Bramati, an Italian funeral services provider, for €10m. By acquiring Bramati, HOFI effectively "locks down" a strategic geographic corridor that connects its existing Milanese operations (like Impresa San Siro) with its growing presence in the Monza-Brianza province.
