ECI Partners, a UK-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Paragin Group, a provider of exam and assessment software solutions, from Main Capital Partners, a European private equity firm specializing exclusively in the enterprise software sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
