Benta completed the acquisition of NerPharMa from NMS Group.

Benta, a Lebanese pharmaceutical and healthcare conglomerate, completed the acquisition of NerPharMa, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, from NMS Group, an oncology-focused research and development organization in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a significant step forward in expanding Benta’s European operations. It will enable us to enhance our capabilities in complex therapies, such as biologics and high-potency products, while strengthening our international client network," Bernard Tannoury, Benta Chairman & CEO.
