FPV Ventures, a venture capital investment firm, led a $31m Series B round in Onshore, an AI-powered tax platform that specializes in automating the identification, documentation, and defense of corporate tax incentives, with participation from Vertex Ventures, ADP Ventures, Y Combinator, and Restive Ventures. “I spent years at a top ten firm and quickly learned that traditional tax services were designed for billable hours, not outcomes.
