Polaris-backed G&O Maritime Group to acquire Eltronic FuelTech.

Polaris-backed G&O Maritime Group, a group of sub system providers to the maritime industry, agreed to acquire Eltronic FuelTech, a fuel-system specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Eltronic FuelTech has delivered impressive double‑digit growth and strong results in recent years, and through innovation established themself as a credible and significant first mover within fuel supply systems for green fuels.
