Scopely to acquire a majority stake in Loom Games.

Scopely, a global mobile video game developer and publisher, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Loom Games, an Istanbul-based mobile game studio behind the mobile game "Pixel Flow!". Financial terms were not disclosed.
