Carlyle, an American multinational private equity, alternative asset management, and financial services corporation, completed an investment in Peloton Computer Enterprises, a company that specialises in well data management and visualization software for the oil and gas industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment provides Peloton with long-term, flexible capital to support continued investment in the Company’s platform and analytics capabilities, while enabling the management team to accelerate strategic initiatives, including M&A, and support the business’s next phase of growth.
