Hunt Energy Network, a developer and operator of dispatchable energy resources, completed the acquisition of 100MW Fort Duncan BESS facility of Recurrent Energy, a global developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are fully committed to dramatically growing our presence within ERCOT, and this acquisition is a strong step towards achieving that goal. With strong financial backing from Manulife Investment Management, we are actively looking to acquire additional BESS and generation assets within ERCOT in the near term," Pat Wood, Hunt Energy Network Executive Chairman.
