Five Arrows and Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Totalmobile, a UK-based technology company specializing in field service management software, agreed to merge with Solvares Group, a German-based B2B software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a defining moment for Totalmobile and an important step in building a business with global scale, experience and depth in field service management software.
