AMG Critical Materials completed the acquisition of AURA Technologie for €10m.

AMG Critical Materials, a global company developing and producing advanced materials such as specialty metals, alloys, and high-performance materials, completed the acquisition of AURA Technologie, a Germany-based company specializing in the recycling and processing of spent industrial catalysts and other metal-containing waste materials, for €10m. The transaction provides AMG with an operational platform and experienced team, accelerating the commercialization of AMG’s proprietary molybdenum refining technology.
