Seneca Foods completed the acquisition of the Green Giant US frozen business of B&G Foods.

Seneca Foods, a North American provider of packaged fruits and vegetables, completed the acquisition of the Green Giant US frozen business of B&G Foods, a manufacturer and distributor of branded shelf-stable and frozen foods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to announce the acquisition of the Green Giant U.S. frozen business from B&G Foods. This acquisition significantly enhances our frozen capabilities and expands our reach in the frozen category.
