Digital Realty completed the acquisition of Telepoint.

Digital Realty, a provider of data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions, operating as a real estate investment trust, completed the acquisition of Telepoint, a Bulgaria-based, local data center and interconnection provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sofia is a thriving hub for connectivity in Southeast Europe.
