Serent Capital completed an investment in Autire.

Serent Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm, completed an investment in Autire, a SaaS company specializing in Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) auditing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When we started Autire, we weren’t trying to incrementally improve the existing process, we wanted to rethink the infrastructure behind it. We were looking for a partner who understands vertical software and respects the importance of building alongside practitioners.
