New State Capital Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Vast Coworking Group, a global coworking franchise platform, from United Franchise Group, a global provider in franchise development, consulting, and business expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see compelling long-term growth trends in the coworking market, with significant opportunity for continued expansion.
