RB Global to acquire Big Iron Auction Company.

RB Global, an omnichannel marketplace providing transaction solutions, insights, and services for buyers and sellers of commercial assets and vehicles worldwide, agreed to acquire Big Iron Auction Company, an online marketplace focused on connecting buyers and sellers of agricultural equipment, land, livestock, and other farm and ranch assets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
