SEB Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Multisoft from Amplio.

SEB Private Equity, a Swedish finance company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Multisoft, a provider of business process systems, from Amplio, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are deeply impressed by what Multisoft has achieved so far. Our ambition is to build on this success by continuing to grow organically in Sweden, accelerating growth in the Norwegian market and developing the customer offering, not least within Enterprise AI and hyperautomation," Babak Etemad, SEB Private Equity Investment Director.
