Blackstone-backed Enverus to acquire Spatial Business Systems from Peak Rock Capital.

Blackstone-backed Enverus, a data, software, and insights company, agreed to acquire Spatial Business Systems, an intelligent design automation platform, from Peak Rock Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We are thrilled with the growth SBS has achieved under Peak Rock's ownership.
