Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Portside, a cloud-based integrated platform for business aviation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Portside powers some of the most critical workflows in global aviation, spanning scheduling, safety and compliance, owner support and leasing. Our opportunity now is to extend that leadership by delivering an even more unified and intelligent platform that connects the entire operational lifecycle.
