VLS Environmental Solutions completed the acquisition of IDR Environmental Services.

VLS Environmental Solutions, a provider of sustainable waste management and environmental solutions, completed the acquisition of IDR Environmental Services, a provider of hazardous and non-hazardous waste solutions.
