ArcLight to acquire a 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power from InfraBridge.

ArcLight, an infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power from InfraBridge, a global infrastructure manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction reflects InfraBridge’s disciplined investment approach and our continued focus on delivering strong outcomes for our investors.
